Fees cover space use and existing furniture only. If clients are looking to provide alcoholic beverages, items must be served by the Freestone Inn.

*Existing furniture for the patio space seats 25 people during the summer. If clients are wanting all 25+ people to be seated outside, rentals must be coordinated for the total number of guests attending.
This event space is the perfect casual event space for your family reunion, birthday party or business retreat. Your guest will enjoy, 5 flat screen TV’s, a pool table, and a large space to host plenty of family and friends. Capacity 50 people

This little gen is the best kept secret on property. Located inside Jack’s Hut this is the perfect place for a small gathering. Equipped with a flat screen TV, pool table and pub tables Capacity 15 people
$250 Food & Beverage Maximum time is 4 hours
Located inside of the lodge is the perfect private space for smaller gatherings. Your guest will enjoy a view of the lake and mountains, along with the use of the private deck. Capacity 30 people
$375 for full day
Accommodations Blocking:
A $500 nonrefundable fee is required and will be applied towards the arranger’s accommodation when checking in. An accommodations block, blocks out all accommodations that are available at the time of the event booking. Non-booked rooms with be released to general public 30 days before arrival date of event.
Bar Service
Bar services are available for a daily bar set up fee. There are a variety of bar services available, talk with our facility coordinator to determine the best services for your event.
Catering
The Freestone Inn offers very limited catering services. Discuss your event needs with our facility coordinator. If we cannot meet your needs, please feel free to solicit the services of a cater from the vendor list or one of your own choosing.
